Disclaimer for Elumicate Network's Use Camera Streams

Please read this disclaimer carefully before providing camera access links to the Elumicate Network ("Elumicate", "we", "us", or "our"). By submitting your access link, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not provide any camera access links to Elumicate. By providing access to your camera feeds and potentially opening RTSP port access on your router, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with such action. Elumicate assumes no responsibility for any security breaches or issues that may arise as a result of providing external access to your camera feeds. It is your responsibility to ensure that your network and devices are properly secured and protected. By accepting to receive token rewards in exchange for access to your camera feed(s), you agree to hold Elumicate and its affiliates, director, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, damages, or losses arising from such access.

Elumicate’s Initial Use of camera feeds

Upon receiving a camera access link from you, Elumicate will use the feed only to check if it is active and available. This step may include taking and storing a snapshot image containing location identifiers for placement and anti gaming verification purposes. There will be no other recording/storage or data mining of videos or images of any other sort at this stage.

Future Use of camera feeds

As intended and outlined in the Elumicate whitepaper, Elumicate will need to use the camera streams for other purposes, such as data extraction (in example, vehicle speed, count, etc.) and analytics. Public notice will be given prior to implementing any changes in the usage of streaming links. While information will be shared through public and private channels, It is your responsibility to stay informed about our policies and practices regarding camera stream usage.

Changes to this Disclaimer

Elumicate Network reserves the right to update or modify this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this disclaimer will be made public and become effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels. By continuing to provide camera access links after any changes to this disclaimer, you accept and agree to be bound by the updated terms.
