Install Reolink App, plug in and setup camera by scanning the QR code on the bottom of the camera. If connecting via Wifi you will need to provide your Wifi password. Follow the setup prompts to complete installation.

In the Reolink App, go into the camera settings (⚙ icon) - Advanced - User Management - Add User. Here you will add a user to be used to share with Elumicate for remote access (Username and password are case sensitive). Take note of the username and password as it will be required later on.
Optional - While Elumicate will not be recording audio on IP cameras, you may still wish to turn off audio support through RTSP streaming. Navigate to camera settings (⚙ icon) - Advanced and unselect - Record Audio
While in the Reolink App, under camera settings (⚙ icon), click on the Camera icon to enter Device info.
Next Choose Network info and take note of the IP Address. This will be used to forward the port in your firewall. You may also want to take note of your mac address as it may be required if you choose to create a DHCP reservation in your router to make sure your IP Address never changes.
Setup TCP port 554 on your router/firewall to redirect to your camera's IP address -
Create your rtsp url by editing the following link to include the username and password you've chosen in step 2 and external IP address you discovered in Step 5 (values in blue must be replaced with your specific values (reminder, username and password are case sensitive). rtsp://username:password@exteralPaddress:554//h264Preview_01_main

Find your router's external IP address -
Add your camera to the Elumicate Network through the app by using the rtsp link created above. -
